Welcome! Thank you for entrusting our team to help empower you with financial information that can positively impact your business. We both need to operate in sync to have a successful relationship. We understand the obstacles small businesses face. For that reason and others, in order to evaluate the level and types of services you require, we have designed questionnaires. These forms will help us determine your needs and wants as well as our mutual compatibility. Consider us your financial teachers or physicians: the more we know about you, the better we can serve you.

There are no “right” answers to these questions. The straightforward fact is that we understand our corporate strengths and strive to work with small businesses that fit a profile which enables us to provide the types of services they'll benefit from most. Not all prospects fit the profile. Rather than waste your time, we aim to gather information that lets us determine whether or not we're the best CPA firm to get you where you need and want to be.

In as much as we are interviewing you, we highly recommend that you interview us. Over the years, we have come to accept that although our firm's approach to accounting, tax and advisory services is unique, we are not the best solution for every company. A positive and profitable mutual relationship only prospers long term when your wants, needs, personality, and financial conditions synergistically connect with ours.

We do not price our services by the hour. We believe that the true value is determined by each party. No two relationships are equal, and no two engagements will have the same price and terms. Accordingly, comparison of your needs and wants to those of your acquaintances generally does not produce an accurate evaluation. Just as your relationship with our firm is confidential, we cannot discuss the terms and conditions of your friends and acquaintances that may happen to have relationships with our firm.

We may require a retainer. However, since we provide a complete service satisfaction guarantee, we will gladly refund your prepayment should you determine that we have not provided the services agreed to.

If you have an interview scheduled, please submit the questionnaire at a minimum of 3 days prior to the interview date. If you do not have an interview scheduled, we will contact you within 3 days of receiving your questionnaire.
